As always the safety and security of our employees and customers remain our highest priority. We are committed to providing the best quality of service you have come to expect from Palladino Mazda.
With safety in mind, these are procedures that we have implemented so we can offer you, our valued customer a contact free service interaction.
All service customers have the option to enter the service department via the front entrance, hand sanitizer and masks are available for your usage. We have installed plexiglass on the service advisor counters, the primary reception area as well as the service BDC office. You also have the option to use the Palladino Mazda Key Drop located just left of the main entrance. The drop box is being cleaned / sanitized thoroughly and regularly throughout the day.
KEY DROP PROCEDURES
1. Fill in the envelope provided with all appointment details
2. Input your name and preferred method of contact
3. Sign the envelope and place it in the box
The drop box is checked on an hourly basis, one of our service advisors will contact you to confirm the details of your appointment.
We accept electronic payments as well as cash, our preference is electronic, our point of sale terminals are cleaned after each transaction.
Pre – Screening
Emily, our greeter / receptionist will be delighted to greet you from a distance with any questions you may have regarding our new service processes.
Stickers have been installed in the customer showroom and service department with the message “ Do your part stay 6 feet apart.
We continue to provide a complimentary shuttle service, one customer is the maximum limit in the shuttle at one time, plexi glass has been installed separating the front and back seats.
We offer a no charge pick up and delivery option within the Greater City of Sudbury subject to availability , there are limited slots per day Monday through Friday.
We are taking all precautions necessary to ensure your safety as well.
1. Steering wheel, shifter covers and floor mats
2. Keys are disinfected
3. Door handles and steering wheels are also disinfected
We would ask for the safety of our technicians that you remove all personal belongings, such as napkins, coffee cups, gym bags , clothing , food etc from the vehicle prior to your scheduled appointment.
For the protection of our team, if you are not feeling well, we ask that you refrain from dropping your vehicle off. We will still be here once you are feeling better!
Our cleaning company has also increased their sanitization of all high traffic areas during their daily scheduled clean of our facility. Bathrooms are sanitized three times per day.
Our sales team and sales managers have hand sanitizer readily available on their desks as well as masks and gloves. Test drive vehicles, shuttle vehicles and service loaners are sanitized throughout the day to ensure your safety.
Test drives are available by appointment to ensure availability and proper sanitization of the vehicle with your safety in mind.
Plexiglass screens have been installed at each active sales area for the protection of our staff and customers.
